- Landskrona Golf Club: How Member Feedback Drives Success
Landskrona Golf Club is thriving thanks to its strategic focus on listening to member feedback and continuously improving. Through Players 1st surveys, the club has successfully aligned its goals with members’ priorities, resulting in greater satisfaction, lower churn rate, and increased interest from guest.
Landskrona Golf Club’s push to join the top golf clubs in Sweden over the past few years shows the club’s strong growth, highlighted by their increasing Net Promoter Score (NPS). Since the introduction of the Member Survey in 2016, Landskrona Golf Club has raised its NPS from 38 to an impressive 77, setting a new standard of excellence within the golfing community of Sweden. This growth reflects the club’s responsiveness to members’ needs and its strategic investment in improving both facilities and service.
The club consistently uses the Players 1st Member Survey to make data-driven decisions, and in 2023, 837 members responded to the survey – an impressive 40% response rate. This long-time feedback has led to significant improvements such as bunker renovations, new signage, and tee upgrades, all of which were top priorities for members.
The action plan developed from the Players 1st feedback is very important because it provides a clear signal from our members and guests about what they wish for our course, and this way, it makes it very clear for us to keep working on that.

Room for Everyone at Landskrona Golf Club
Member engagement is central to Landskrona’s success. The club’s commitment to community building is evident in its busy social calendar. Landskrona also encourages junior development, with 302 junior members, marking a notable increase. “We’re proud to buck the trend in Sweden, where junior membership is decreasing,” said Brorsson.
Landskrona’s female membership currently stands at 31.6%, exceeding the national average. The club aims to expand this further by offering more women-focused events and training programs.
The club’s success in 2023 is a direct result of its ability to adapt based on member feedback, strategic investments, and a long-term vision. Despite an intensive work on their clubhouse, kiosk, and other essential buildings in recent years, the Swedish golf club is not planning on slowing down. Taking the feedback into account, Landskrona is determined to improve even more.
We never rest on our laurels. Even though we’ve made great strides, we’re constantly focused on the next step.

Landskrona Golf Club continues to excel in 2024, driven by member feedback and strategic improvements. Most touchpoints remain stable or exceed national benchmarks, reinforcing the club’s commitment to providing Sweden's best golf experience.
