Industry benchmarks
The industry's benchmarks run on our infrastructure.
When associations, federations and governing bodies build a benchmark, they build it on Players 1st. Each project carries its own name. The data standard underneath is shared.

How a project runs
Different names. One way of counting.
1 · One standard
The same KPIs, measured the same way
Rounds played, utilisation, RevPATT, satisfaction: defined once, collected the same way at every participating club, so a number in Ontario means what it means in Andalusia.
2 · Collected on the platform
Clubs join through their body
Members of the association or federation take part through it. Survey templates and integrations do the collection; nobody at the club builds a spreadsheet.
3 · Two views of one dataset
The club sees its position, the body sees the game
Each club benchmarks itself against the anonymised, aggregated whole. The body gets the national picture for policy, funding and the health of the game.
