We are pleased to announce that 36 daily fee and golf facilities have earned the 2025 GolfersVoice Awards for customer satisfaction and loyalty. This Award celebrates how well golf facilities took care of their customer's satisfaction and understood their concern to create a more welcoming and attractive place for golfers, by golfers.
Created by Players 1st and the National Golf Foundation, GolfersVoice is a customer experience platform designed to amplify the voices of typically silent customers. The 2025 GolfersVoice Awards celebrate the highest-ranking public golf facilities based on four criteria: Loyalty/Net Promoter Score (a measure of customer satisfaction and loyalty), Course Condition, Food & Beverage, and Staff/Customer Service.
At its core, GolfersVoice is designed to simplify the lives of golf facilities. It provides a comprehensive understanding of golfers' needs and desires, offering valuable insights on enhancing their clubs and, ultimately, the overall golfing experience.
